Pulse Homes

Tranquil. Timeless. Treasure.

Leisure

Nestled in the hills of St. Andrew, on an iconic site in Stony Hill, and home to the historic Villa Ronai, the new Pulse Homes development promises to be a capsule of tropical, modern elegance. The project is a series of homes in a gated community enveloped by nature at the Northern end of the city of Kingston, the heartbeat of Caribbean culture. Capturing both sunrise and sunset, the project is a celebration of Villa Ronai’s world of timeless beauty with its eco-friendly, art filled gardens, cool climate and spectacular views and all that.

Lifestyle

Elegantly defined by its gabled peeks, the roof line forms a silhouette that floats amongst its lush forested backdrop. Sheathed timber, it gathers itself in the early hours of daylight, stirring and coming to life. These homes offer a chance to enjoy the true Caribbean lifestyle, built on the idea of easy, laid back living. Pulse Homes at Villa Ronai, encourages a mindful connection to family, friends and the freedom to co-exist

The ground-breaking ceremony for the 30  luxurious, eco-friendly homes was held August 10, 2022 at Villa Ronai in St. Andrew. The new units are scheduled to be completed by 2024.  The final development will provide a total of 100 homes at a value of $6 billion.

The official opening of the recently completed 70-unit lifestyle village – which includes one- and two-bedroom houses, studios, commercial spaces, restaurants, lounges, offices, event spaces, among other amenities at the Old Stony Hill Road property – was also held in addition to the ground-breaking. The Villa Ronai lifestyle village accommodates short-stay guests and tenants who can lease for up to a year.

Pulse Homes first phase of homes went on the market January 2022 and has since been sold out. The next phase of homes will be available for purchase soon.
